About Us

Pasta & Pasta is an artisan manufacturer that focuses on the production of fresh pasta, gnocchi, premium sauces and prepared meals for the trade using carefully selected and ethically sourced ingredients all produced under the watchful eye of our Master Pastaio, Ercole. All our products are made using only the finest base ingredients with a particular emphasis into the research for the best Italian flours, semola and free-range, organic eggs having gone into the making of our fresh pasta. Each single piece of our handmade production is laid-down, cut, filled, and carefully shaped by the skilful hands of the experienced manufacturing team. Recent developments have seen the successful introduction of a gluten-free and wholewheat range to our portfolio.

We are also able to offer a bespoke service where our customers' chefs come and spend time with Chef Ercole in our kitchens, preparing recipes to their specification which we then manufacture exclusively for them. Pasta & Pasta offer the freshest possible product to their customers by producing to order according to customer requests, not holding any stock and delivering directly to them on the day following production.
We take great pride in our work and have received various awards and recognitions from some of our prestigious customers and more renowned chefs. Our product range is ideally suited to any caterer, private health centre, school, leisure/sporting venue, airlines' in-flight caterers, retailer, delicatessen, pub, hotel or restaurant.
